Take extra care when entering your shipping address as Watermark can not accept responsibility for any lost or delayed deliveries due to incorrect address information.

Packaging
Each work on paper is carefully wrapped in acid-free paper and packaged in a custom-made Watermark tube to prevent the work from bending or being damaged in transit.

Who will deliver my Watermark print?
Within Australia all orders are shipped using Australia Post. Standard delivery takes 3-5 business days from dispatch date. Shipping and handling is free for all orders delivered in Australia.
Please contact us for information on delivery to international addresses.

Do I need to sign for delivery of my print?
All packages must be signed for on delivery. To avoid delay and inconvenience use an address where someone can sign for your print during business hours.
Australia only – If nobody is present at the delivery address, a card will be left notifying you of the missed delivery. The parcel will then be available for collection from a local Australia Post office.
