Every time someone says ‘I do not believe in fairies’, somewhere there’s a fairy that falls down dead, 2024

Hummingbirds are the smallest of all bird species, weighing as little as a quarter of a teaspoon of sugar. They are like flying jewels and are as impossible as a fairy like Tinkerbell, from J M Barrie’s Peter Pan. Unlike all other birds, they can fly forward, backward, and even upside down and they can hover for prolonged periods of time.
